• For Patients: Our diagnostic services are provided based on a referral from your registered and qualified dental practitioner. The reports and images we generate are diagnostic aids intended for your referring dentist, who is solely responsible for interpreting these results in the context of your overall clinical situation and making any treatment decisions.

• For Referring Dentists and Clinics: By submitting a case or referring a patient, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary patient consents. You agree that all reports, analyses, and surgical guides provided by us are diagnostic and planning aids. The final clinical responsibility for diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution rests solely with you, the treating practitioner.

• Nidaan Dental AI (AI OPG Reports): You acknowledge that the AI-generated OPG report is a preliminary screening tool and does not constitute a formal radiological diagnosis3. It is intended to be used as a clinical decision support tool by qualified professionals, and its findings must be confirmed by your own clinical judgment. It does not include verification by a human radiologist.

• Nidaan Radtech (Teleradiology): Our teleradiology reports are interpretations made by certified radiologists based on the images provided4. The final diagnosis and treatment plan remain the responsibility of the referring clinician.
• Nidaan UniGuide (Surgical Guides): The UniGuide is fabricated based on the CBCT and scan data provided. While designed for high precision, the ultimate responsibility for the surgical procedure and its outcome lies with the operating surgeon.
